Richmond welcomed two teams of runners who have travelled from Brisbane on foot via Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin. Runners are from 16 different countries and are carrying a flaming torch to promote world harmony and inspire every day Australian's to strive for a better world.
They presented Councillor Rob Ievers with a World Harmony Run Torch-Bearer Award for his outstanding service to the community and enjoyed Cr Iever's personally guided tour of Kronosaurus Korner.
