As the government has not yet declared it under the Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA).
It is the following that will be applicable to most properties-
Where an individual producer has been disaster impacted however the wider local government area did not suffer significant damage such as to warrant an area activation, the producer can apply to DEEDI for an Individual Disaster Stricken Property (IDSP) declaration
On assessment by DEEDI of the damage to the property an IDSP will enable the producer to apply for loans through QRAA and/or freight subsidies.
Freight subsidies
Freight subsidies of up to $5000 per disaster event are available for eligible primary producers located within a disaster-declared area under joint Commonwealth/State Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA), or where a primary producer has a current IDSP declaration.
QRAA

Bushfire assistance
Primary producers severely affected by the current outbreak of bushfires in regional Queensland may be eligible for concessional loans of up to $250,000. For more information visit the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry website (and scroll down to the IDSP section or call 13 25 23
North/North West Severe Weather
The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) is aware there could be potential impact to agricultural properties throughout the region from the recent severe weather event.
