Council operates two Community Housing Complexes within Richmond.

The Wyangarie Units is a cluster of 6 free standing unfurnished one and two bedroom units.  Each Unit has a small courtyard and a garage.  Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of lawn areas.  No pets are permitted within unit complexes.  Application forms are available here.   References are essential and units undergo inspections every 3 months.

NOTES: 

All residential tenancy require 4 weeks rental bond lodged with RTA. 

2 weeks rent in advance to paid before occupant moves in. 

Cleaning and repairs will be deducted from bond where required.
