Sarus Crane Environmental Award
Recognising contributions to the environment and conservation.

Citizen of the Year
Recognising an outstanding contribution by an adult in the community.

Young Citizen of the Year
Celebrating the achievements and community contributions of a young person.

Junior Sportsperson and Senior Sportsperson
Recognising sporting achievements in the junior and senior categories.

Sports Administrator
Recognising contributions to the organisation and development of sport.

Community Spirit
Recognising people who help strengthen and support the local community.

Community Event
Recognising an event that brings people together and benefits the community.

Art & Cultural Award
Celebrating contributions to arts, culture and local creative activities.

How to Nominate
1. Choose an award category
Consider which category best reflects the nominee’s contribution or achievement. CLICK HERE
2. Complete the nomination form: Provide the nominee’s details and explain why they deserve recognition. Keep the statement to 100 words or less, as specified on the form.
3. Submit your nomination : Use the online form or download the printable PDF and follow Council’s submission instructions.
